One must mine precious minerals that are processed into warships, vehicles, weapons, and armor while harnessing energy from gas-spewing geysers. At the same time, players build and defend a base and army of various forces while scouting the landscape (which remains "masked" until a unit moves into the area) for new resources and imposing enemies. All of this action takes place as the player organizes small and grand-scale attacks. It's as hectic, tense, and addictive as it reads.
